He is currently working as a Business Development for XXXX where he is responsible for APAC region. He is working in the retail field now and has helped a Japanese company before to sell overseas. Before, during the early years of his career, he has experience in the semiconductor manufacturing, solar panels, etc. but is now more on the sales roles.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his communication skills since he can speak variety of languages including Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, and English especially handling APAC region. He is also good with handling sales and is familiar with cultural differences that makes him good with closing deals even in different countries. Rates himself a 4-4.5 out of 5 in doing sales since there’s always room for improvement.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Did sales for semiconductor industry before but only for a short amount of time. Rates himself 2-2.5 out of 5 in the semiconductor industry since he only worked on it briefly. He is very strong, on the other hand, with handling sales in the fashion and retail industry. He is also familiar with Asian markets since he has worked in the APAC region in his current job.
