1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has been in the software industry for nearly 20 years now, and has started working in the marketing side for over 10 years before jumping into more sales. Previously, she was with XXXX and XXXX as a Sales Manager/Senior Account Manager where she always hit the sales target, worked well with the team and closed deals as well. During her time with XXXX, she was assigned with NetSuite Sales team so she got to work with some Malaysian and Singaporean teammates to close deals. Currently, she’s working with XXXX consulting team where she is involved in the software and cloud industry, handling very large enterprise account, sell several SaaS solutions as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be software sales since she has been doing this for the past few years. She’s good with communicating to clients in terms of their software product, good with promoting as well in the right position and place to their customers. She’s a great team player as well, great teamwork skills.   
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has 10+ years of experience in doing sales and account management so she’s very confident in doing it; aside from that, she also has exposure in doing customer success during her previous role wherein she had to close deals, carry their client until project completion. She also has experience with energy/utility and public sector such as Hong Kong Highway and some electricity companies. Strong with implementing/deploying SaaS solutions since this is currently what she does in her current and previous roles; some of the SaaS she’s selling currently are SAP HANA S, B1, and another one for ESG policy.
