He graduated from university as an engineer. His first career was with XXXX. He was a Technical Support Supervisor there, and he helped to support the sales team to evaluate the production line and upgrade system for the customers. He is dealing with software simulation and some layout sketch for machines. He also provides technical trainings for sales and distributors. Then the management promotes him to be a sales supervisor. He sells equipment and PCB assembly with equipment to customers. He also implements some plans to increase their sales and sets up training programs like machines demonstration. Then he moved on to XXXX, where he is selling engineered materials. Since their materials are from US, their customers are global customers, so they handle their stocks very carefully and supply chain. They also need to keep their pop-up relationship with the customers. In that company, he is managing a small team, and he is responsible to help them find more customers to increase their sales. He is also meeting the marketing teams to have to monitor the economic indicators and exchange rate to see how they can balance their risk for change of the rate in the meta value.

He specializes in managing key customers and to solve, to provide some solution or engineering solution to the customers. He is also an expert in reviewing and analysing the sales forecast and sales targets. He can also achieve projects reports and do some promotion campaigns and some exhibitions.

He does not have experience in construction, but in production and the setting up of machines, he has experience in sales and service engineers. Most of his career, he has been selling PCB assembly to the customers and make some suggestions for the power and the power control and providing some technical supports for their new projects and see how they can minimize their production rate.
