1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He was studying in UK, and he graduated as a business management student. When he came back in HK, he started his career with XXXX, which is a Fitness&Yoga club. He was doing some membership selling and he supports on activities like personal trainers and yoga classes, so it’s a B2C selling job. Then he moved on to XXXX, because in his previous company they are having some difficult times due to COVID. In XXXX, he started from 0 to 1, he has done B2B business, where he cooperates with the merchants and ask them to join on the platform. He was leading a team of 8 in that company, and they were doing cold calls then switches going out to visit store or resto the get the deal done. Then in his recent company, XXXX, he cooperates with most of hotel groups. The first product like every customer will be the key card. Their company has a factory in China, Dubai, and America for keycards and ESG products where they are recycling wooden products.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He specializes in connecting with different people. He is also a team working person. He was part-time basketball player in Hong Kong so that’s why he thinks he’s strong in teamwork. He also has DJI Air3 certificate as well.  
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He does have connection with engineering sectors and most of them hotels and real estate. Most of his connections are in the IHG group, Sun Hung Kai Properties, New World Development, Hilton, Four Season, Aecom, and Hilti. He sold door locks with these clients other than keycards because they always need their engineering department to discuss with the door locks problem and find a solution for it.
