- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After graduating, he has been working in the semiconductor business and industry. His key role for the past almost 30 years is marketing and also distribution management. Most recently, he’s managing the distributors and also pushing for higher revenues as well as some of the long term deciding excelling pipeline. Also, he is doing directly account management as well as some of the mass market and sales management. Before this, he was a Senior Sales Manager with XXXX and started as a Senior Regional Account Manager with them.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be custom interface and distribution management since he has been doing these for a long time now; good with negotiation and discussion of things with customers and clients. He also have a strong technical background so he can easily keep up with new technologies and trends in the market.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been in the semiconductor industry and has been doing account management, sales since the start of his career. He has been in the semicon industry for a long time so making connections/network with panel makers, large displays manufacturers wouldn’t be a problem for him; has experience in TV customers like TCL and Skyworth. Also, doesn’t have much experience in selling ideas, IPs but would be confident to learn and do it in the future.
