1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Her last role was with XXXX as a Senior Lead in a contract proposal management role where she was mainly working on culture management, working with internal teams and procurement teams, as well as legal team. She was also supporting client relationship management for this company. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Manager where she also spearheaded management of client relationship operations, Program Development Manager for XXXX where she mostly drove sustainable growth for the company. Before this, she was working as a salesperson and was previously in XXXX as a Senior Carrier Sales Manager where they worked mostly with China-based carrier; she was working in the IT and telecom industry for about 20 years.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be selling solutions and selling management on some manage solutions. She’s also proficient with customer relationship, customer success, and customer satisfaction. She is good with dealing with different kind of logistic compliance role, work with different large teams in different areas including India, China, and Hong Kong; she’s good with managing different internal parties including legal team, sales team, delivery team, and line them up to work together for a project.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been doing account management and customer-facing roles since she started her career, later on she’s more into customer success as well. She has been working with some energy clients before during her time with enterprise sales market, she has worked with Hong Kong Electric and some government departments as well. Also, involved working closely with the delivery team and project management team with delivering their end-to-end SaaS solutions.
