1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently the Senior Sales Director for XXXX where they are providing communication platforms in over 20 countries, they also provide a mobile renting powerbank service. On his first few years in this company, he was mainly focusing on telecommunication services and later on developed their new product. They are both having hardware and software products, mainly selling SaaS solutions to client as well; currently they are developing the Taiwan and Thailand market, as well as South Korea. Before this, he was active in market exploration and technical collaboration since he had to work with technical teams to develop applications and data. He was also the Head of Sales & Client Management before for XXXX where he developed new businesses, handled portfolios, and handled around 500+ accounts. He also has experience being the Head of Account Management for XXXX before so he is proficient with account management as well and has handled/managed global accounts for them.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be understanding the current needs of his client and has great skills in building trust since he believes it’s an important foundation for any businesses. He also has great skills in doing sales and handling accounts; great with negotiation as well and getting his client’s real insights.

   Strong experience with customer-facing and account management since he has been doing this since the start of his career; he has experience being stationed in different country, facing different people with various cultures and also has managed accounts and their performance in Hong Kong and other regions. During his time in current company, he has experience selling a software system which is a telephone service to CLP used for organizing/importing their customer information; they have worked together for almost 3 years with different small projects as well. He is also involved with deploying/implementing SaaS cloud-based products for their clients.
