- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Business Consultant where he handles about four of his sales and technical colleagues, they provide consulting services for customers like KMP, MTR, as well as electrical companies like CLP and Hong Kong Electric; mostly providing lubricants and technical services to these companies. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Key Account Manager handling marine and public facilities account. He was mostly handling key accounts for them and also the one in charge for preparing the budget, accountable for P&L, industry statement, and also did frontline sales as well as handled daily operations such as arranging logistics, preparing stock for the customers, and similar tasks.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be account handling and is also well versed with the sales process. He’s also very good with CRMs and can be an all-around person to handle customer inquiries, resolve their problems technically, and collaborate with other teams to service the customers. On top of that, he’s great in building good relationships with their customers and maintain very high objective and sales target.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has key account management experience for more than 10 years now. In terms of the industry, he has experience working with CLP and Hong Kong Electric for several specific projects before; he has also worked for some government clients. Knowledgeable with SaaS applications, familiar with ERPs and CRMs, also good with Salesforce for doing their sales. He is good with using Google Cloud and iCloud Apple Services.
