1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working as a project management for XXXX, although her title is Sr Customer Success and Project Executive. She has experience with SaaS, selling software that can handle all events matters and stuff in one platform; currently she’s the only one in Hong Kong that is handling all the accounts such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and such. Her main responsibility here is to help narrow the gap between the project and customer expectation, help them follow the milestone, and achieve their goals as well. She also is involved with onboarding clients, assist them in events, and guide them how to use their platform. Before this, she was with XXXX and XXXX where she got her international experience for client-facing roles; in XXXX, she provided troubleshooting services and product consultation with their products then for XXXX, she worked with their CRM and marketing automation, and provided services like sending emails, provide CRM platform for HK clients, and narrow the gap between clients and product.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be maintaining relationship with clients and keeping the retention rate high. She is good in finding their pain points, listen to their problems, and provide solutions to them; she is also great in keeping track of their milestones by doing project management using Trello and other tools.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has about 4-5 years of client-facing experience now being a Customer Success and handling different accounts as well; alongside project management. She is mostly working for tech SaaS companies so she’s proficient already with implementing and deploying SaaS applications using mostly AWS for cloud platform.
