  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    She graduated with a degree in English and Humanities, first went into positions related to marketing and events. She held positions back in XXXX as an Assistant Officer for Events where they have organized several fundraising activities and then moved on to more of private business sector, was then able to develop more of her business corporate type of leadership skills since she has organized business events overseas and liaise with C-suite business leaders. Because of the COVID-19, she switched to logistics and supply chains and started her journey with XXXX as an Assistant Manager for Marketing & Planning and after two years, she joined their business development team as a Manager for their Solution Business Development team; she was more of like a sales lead for their global entity, she was the one that basically formulated and supported the business activities across the global region, provide solution drafting support, and worked closely with their product development team as well. After some time, she moved on to a Key Account Manager position for XXXX where she is responsible for about 10 key accounts across Hong Kong, Oceania, and South Africa; those accounts that she own uses their supply chain software and she also upsell them with their modules, innovations, and developed features. Her current role is a bit related to business development but also more on building the current customers and gaining new modules as they serve them.

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be stakeholder management and project management; she believes these two would be her key elements regardless of the industries she has been with. She has a strong mind-set of working with lots of culturally diverse team mates and clients, great with understanding their needs, filtering out their objectives, pitching what they do as a company and ensure their client’s expectations are met throughout. In terms of project management, she had experience managing several projects from her previous fundraising events including the financial part budget, planning due to implementation, and recently got her PMP certification. She’s also great with key account management because she have a lot of programs being implemented with their current customers.  

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    She has more than 6 years of experience with customer-facing roles including the first roles when she started her career, gradually moving up into business development, sales, and now as a key account manager. More of her experience is coming from supply chain and logistics especially for her two most recent roles; she’s good with communication and is currently involved with SaaS solutions wherein they have a legacy system which most of their accounts are in that platform, and some cloud native solutions as well which is having more of innovation features. She also did her summer internship with CLP at their PR department so she did have the exposure and knowledge of the company culture.
