1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently the Sales Director for XXXX where he is managing sales in Asia including China, Philippines, Japan, Taiwan, and others; he manage the sales channels, partners, sales agents, and their retailers/distributors as well. His job is to oversee the entire business in whole of Asia. For the past 15-16 years, he has been within toys companies and 6 years ago, he switched to XXXX as a Channel Development Manager and also did Business and Commercial Development Guru for about 2 years in XXXX where he worked on B2B sales management for IT products and services for enterprises, large companies, international companies, governments, and such. Previously, on his other companies, he was also involved in managing international business including Australia and New Zealand. He also was with XXXX as an International Sales Manager where he was responsible for global sales, marketing, branding, and evangelism of core sporting good and toys. Before this, he was a Business Development for XXXX where he again did sales and marketing for their products and services to existing clients and create new business relationships as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his analytical skills and background, he is great in communication and has very confident personality. He also loves building relationship and business, either existing or new ones, and also creating partnerships both locally and internationally.
