1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and he also recently finished his MBA degree in XXXX, and now he is back in Hong Kong looking for a job actively. He is focusing on marketing and managerial teaching. When he was 19 years old, he went on a church as a full-time volunteer for 2 years. During those times, he learned how to work with people and communicate with them especially like a lot of times in that service or project. He also learned how to speak English fluently when he was volunteering for them. When he moved back to Hong Kong to become a primary school teacher, he started as a teaching assistant. His main goal is move up the ladder or position and only half a year passed he was offered to be a full-time teaching position. Then he was moved up to like 5 panel which for a lot of teachers will take 5 to 10 years to get that position. He worked with more experienced teachers than everyone, so he gets to really work with people again. He likes working with people that’s why he applied to a job that talks with a lot of people. He does a lot of bowling when he was in the states and what he learned in bowling is how to do micro adjustments at a crucial time that’s why he loved playing bowling because it needs critical thinking as well. He likes to make plans ahead of time and he’s not afraid to make any adjustments.

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in 
He is not afraid, and he is very comfortable in reaching out to people or to present different ideas to people like what he does when he was volunteering and just like in sales. Throughout his MBA course, he has good leadership skills, where he led a lot of group projects that he has and there are many opportunities in the program that he got to work with like real time life companies to do different projects with them including business analysis and suggestions. He also likes managing teams and he’s a great coordinator during his teaching career and the finance panel of the subject. One of his niches is knowing what the team needs and provide those needs to them or to the members.
