Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is a seasoned sales professional that has 11+ years of experience in the industry and he has done both B2B and B2C. He has been hunting roles in major league, so his journey across various organization has aged him with a deep understanding of the retail landscape. For the last 9 years, he has been in P&L and territory account manager role. He has been holding quotas. Currently, he is a VP of Sales for HK based XXXX. They provide video analytics solution to retail FNB Hospitality groups. He is responsible for growing the markets and he’s given expansion to HK to XXXX brand in UAE and India. He has grown strategic accounts by 30% and have a target of 1.2M dollars and he has achieved 60% in H1, and they are expecting a few deals. Overall, his day-to-day jobs are consulting CIOs at major retail, FNB and hospitality groups, assisting them with data-driven insights to learn more about the consumer behaviour. He was an account director with XXXX where they sell insights and forecast reports. He was consulting the top CIOS in the Hong Kong market, so he was managing direct relationship with Chanel, New Balance, Bank of China and his role there was to grow the account. He was assisting them on cybersecurity enterprise architecture. Before that he was working at XXXX, which is a digital adoption platform based in India. He was taking care of the email region, consulting the top cybersecurity company, banking companies, automobile. They are selling a product and IT services and digital program managers as well. For 4 years, he was working in XXXX, where he was a regional RD and he was taking care of the entire APAC region, including India, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand. He was selling a lot of HRMSI was managing adobe’s learning management system content offering too. He has sold to irrigation sectors in Department of Defense and Department of Education in New South Wales. In Australia, he sold to the biggest commercial companies like BHP Commonwealth Bank of Australia and to the government sector also.

He specializes in account management and external client facing roles. He has sold in Europe and entire APAC, so he is very open to any roles which are coming enterprise level. He has a strong SaaS selling skills, software solution selling, CRM, Cybersecurity consultancy, Change management roles, digital transformation, and e-commerce.
3. Do you have the list/s of key criteria that the client needs? If so, can you tell me more?
He has experience in real estate, where he started his career. In AEC industry, architectural engineering construction, he has been doing that and that was pure real estate, where he has been selling to the biggest companies like EMAR. He’s been selling to them architectural and walk through IT projects from them. The biggest real estate players like NWD, they helped them figuring and selling and leasing more how they can take their solution and use it to find better tenants and why they would stay. He has been in touch with retail and real estate all throughout his career.
