- He is currently working in XXX. He is in charge with IT related concerns, especially with the infrastructure and data center. He handles all the 10 offices in APAC and in Europe and in London. He is directly reporting to CFO.
- Currently he is in charge of O365, Azure Cloud, AWS, and Data Center migration. He is also engaged in balancing the usage of IT resources, IT budgets and provides long and short-term project plan.
- He’s current challenge is the WFH set-up as he has big impact in their infrastructure and security. He needs to always check the IT performance and the IT security for the HQ. He manages their Infrastructure staff and the manager of their helpdesk tea directly reporting to him.
- He needs to make sure that their project are in line with their annual plan. Need to negotiate with their vendors to make sure that they can finish the project within the budget. And he needs to maintain and develop their IT policy and procedures.
