- He has around 3 to 4 years of experience in IT support, in-house, and client-based support. He previously worked in a bank company for IT support such as hardware and software and to take care of some of the tickets for normal users and VIPs, some of the hardware are the printer, scanner, and encoder for the bank, MS Office and VMware.
- He has been exposed to a different method in terms of backup servers like sometimes he needs to go to the cloud, or in one drive, check the hard disk, flash drive and even pc to pc, and pc to the terminal. So, he possesses those experiences, and he can do it all if it fits the company policy.
- He has experience in the server health check, monitoring, and people skills for high-level end-user support and customer service. He has done a project in XXX; he was taking care of the IT support of the 80 branches. He also has some experience in IOS support.
- For his system administration experience, he handles AD, email groups for the AD and MS Exchange servers. For network administrators’ experience, he can configure, maintain, and monitor Wi-Fi, ethernet. Most likely their office using ethernet. He does the monitoring and supporting SEP and ERP just like the end-to-end protection, VPN support, Firewall configuration.
- He has some experience with VM systems but it is not too hands-on, but he is a quick learner he can learn it in a small amount of time. He has hands-on experience with SSL, VPN Firewall when he was in XXX.
