He was responsible for development of the overseas market specifically in Europe. He was the one to study European crops and make contact with locals and strike deals with them. Then his last role was with XXXX as a Senior Associate where they handle projects that are related to financial crimes such as money laundering, fraud, or cybersecurity related matters. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his communication skills that he got from interacting people internationally. For his hard skills, one of his strongest suites is Excel and data analysis. He’s pretty comfortable working with advanced formulas and extract useful information from huge data set. He is also good with ideation; they have to deal with projects that are super vague so they to be creative to design a solution from the ground up for them. Also has intermediate experience/skills with SQL.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has previous project management experience especially in XXXX. Also has some technical background and product management skills during his time as well with XXXX. He is familiar with AWS since most of the release that they do with their clients are hosted in AWS. Good with SaaS as well because his entire team in XXXX is handling it.
