Currently working at XXXX as a Senior Client Success Manager where their clients are mainly at the CPG. He is handling clients from China, Taiwan, and HK. He connects with clients to see if there are any issues/incidents and if they have some requests. He is also responsible for some server migrations using SaaS. Before that, he was doing mostly sales and client-facing roles.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his communication skills. He is quite communicative and has patience especially when handling clients/customers. Good with building trust and connection with his clients. Rates himself a 4/5 in communication and connecting with clients, leaving some room for improvement.

Has previous project management experience. He is also heavily involved in deploying SaaS especially in his current role at XXXX. He is mostly doing projects and client-facing responsibilities so not much of technical background.
