1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started at eLearning in Vancouver and because of his eLearning experience he joined in a company in Hong Kong and help them to build their eLearning platform and program. They were hiring 5000 staffs from various countries in APAC and Middle east and deliver the induction courses within their countries. He was there for 2 years doing that and do the trainings as well. After that, he came back to Hong Kong and joined XXX as a developer. He got promoted after a couple of years several times and eventually do project management as well as the development for the 5 websites. When he left XXX , he is overseeing 14 websites and web applications. Moved to the other company as a developer as well and became Engineering Manager after a couple weeks, overseeing the project and team in the Asia Tatler, they are combining APAC tattlers under the Asia umbrella and work with Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, and Hong Kong to create a unified Asia tattler. In Horizon, he does digital transformation of the rules and procedures for the rail industry. They try to advance the paper base process and implement a digitalized process to create a form and submit it so they can fill out the form immediately with the use of their gadgets.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   He started in Backend and web services, so he had to do a lot of data transformation and data migration between the old systems to unified systems. So, he said that he is strong with his backend development skills and rate that 5 out of 5 because he has an experience from it for more than 10 years. He is also good in the front-end development especially using PHP and JavaScript. He rates himself for that 4 out of 5 and with experience for 10 years as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He does have an experience in EDI/XML mapping because they use it to integrate with the system and the internal vendors as well. He mostly did it when he was in horizon. They build it and do the maintenance of the systems and for the vendors to interact with the system. With 6 years of experience in EDI/XML and rates his skills for that 4.5 out of 5. He also has 8 years of experience in project management starting from 2014 and rate his skills 5 out of 5.
