1. He is a XXX citizen, living in XXX and XXX. IT stuff was always just a hobby; at the time, he had like zero knowledge. He is very much a hardware guy. but over the last few months, off and on, he has worked for XXX for almost five years. He also started out as a tier one technician and worked his way up through the exams that they have in-house to pass to get to a different tier. And now he is a senior technician and tier three, which covers customer tickets, dealing with incident reports and outages, switch and rack server replacements, power strip replacements, getting all the physical work done on the line cards for their main backend rotors, and things like that.
2.He is an expert in OS, IT support, network fundamentals, data centers, hardware, etc.
3. His main job basically entails maintaining servers and dealing with transactions, queues, and tickets all day. He also communicates with other departments like the networking team, and he goes on troubleshooting for things like bad optics, bad cables, or bad ports for that stuff.
4. He's been working on different certifications. like he finished up a course on Agile, done a couple of XXX courses on networking, and is still working on that one. He's doing one more course right now for XXX preparation for CCNA. He really hopes to actually take that exam.
