He said that in his current company his role is to face the customers directly, manage the operations team, and provide the guidelines for the operation team as well. He is also the one needs to contact if there’s a point of escalation or if they encounter any issues in the data center. He also said they work on the data center for 24 hours just to support the needs o its customers. He also said that he is the person who trains new employees or technicians.

He has an extensive experience in dealing with different operating systems like XP, 2000, and other servers as well. He also has an experience with different networking products especially with the Cisco products for both routers and switches. He also had a certification for the CCNA.
