- Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers? How about the previous companies and jobs?
Has been working in the banking industry for the last 8 years and has led a sprint team to migrate the account opening to mobile banking.
- What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
Has a strong Microsoft Office experience and he is a certified scrum master. He has a strong experience in Social Media Marketing and has launched various campaigns before involving mobile banking. He also has a strong knowledge in financial analysis and business process improvement.
- I have a couple of specific criteria to ask you, based on our client’s requirements. Must be able to design a product flow manage UI/UX and collect feedback from merchants to work. Could you tell me more so I can explain this in detail to the client?
Has worked with UI/UX before but was not closely involved in designing a product flow. But he has leveraged new technology to enable banking virtualization, such as iAM Smart, ID verification and facial recognition solutions.
- Has knowledge or background in payments, POS, CRM Products, and Android Platform? Could you tell me more so I can explain this in detail to the client?
He has managed and work as a team to handle ad-hoc or routing debit card/credit card operations and he has also helped hybridize mobile and branch account opening process to grow digital penetration, even in the physical channel.
