1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a Senior Digital designer at XXX company and started his career in designing when he started working in XXX . He is helping the dales team for the designing and do some graphics and lay outing. In his currently company, his roles are to do the layout of their web design as well editing of the video presentations for the clients.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He said that he is good in organizing and he do actually help the clients in arranging the full picture for their designs. He has an experience using sketch and rates his skills for that 3 to 4 out of 5. He also said that he does not have a solid experience in project management, but he does have around 2 to 3 years of experience for that and with experience in handling team members for the design.
