Currently working as Senior Field Service Engineer handling different projects such as hospital project responsible for the daily operation and maintenance for CRM system as well as creating a new system attached the dashboards and organize the briefing to the end user.

He specializes in POS systems and rates himself 5 out of 5, and Networking 4 out of 5. He has solid experience in networks where he established the network of POS, maintenance, and support. His experience in Active Directory was creating users’ accounts and configuring the policy of each account.
