1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Most of his experience is a game programmer and worked on the XXX game projects and he came back to HK around 2005 and that time he tried on several game programmer positions. He started a PM role and work in a publisher in US for toy key chain with game on it and work on the software and hardware development. He handles both teams based on the requirements and specifications. He must say that his busiest period in his career was when he started his career as a game programmer and worked with the PM. He also got assigned by his boss in the core team as a project manager because he was too busy, so he takes over. He looked on the team half of his day and focus on them based on the requirements and based on the schedule so basically, he works in his game and afternoon, he worked and helped on the other team

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   He said that he is strong when it comes to his skills in programming especially with the used of C# as a programming langue and rate his skills for that 3.5 out of 5 and with 6 years if experience on it.  C++ 4 out of 5 and with 8 years of experience on it. Java 3 out of 5 and multimedia software’s 3.5 out of 5 and with experience using those for 10-14 years.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He does have an experience in XML because he uses it for his past work and with experience using it for more than 2 years. He also rates his skills for that 3.5 out of 5. He also has an experience in project management with 14 years of experience in rates his skills for that 4.5 out of 5.
