- His almost entire career, he was focused on the manufacturing side and helped a company to build their ERP system, doing IT projects, Vendor KPI Management, etc. He was the Senior IT manager in XXX. He oversees MIS teams of 4 different factories in Vietnam and Cambodia.
- He left the company because after his stay in the China office, the company wants him to go to Vietnam and he doesn’t want to go out of the country for a long time, since he needs to take care of his family. He is willing to travel and stay for a week but staying for 2 months or more, he cannot do it for now as we are under pandemic.
- When he was with XXX, he was responsible for planning and developing IT projects and annual budgets, timeline, manpower, and monitoring the expenses for the operations of the 4 overseas factories. In XXX, he deployed the ERP system (NAV) and connect to the website / Marketplace backend in SG and US, also API connection with other systems such as SAP.
- In XXX, he manages 30 staff under shared service, and he also doe the vendor management. He builds 5 factories in Vietnam. His communication skills are his strongest asset as he loves, communicating with different people.
- He created and implemented ERP and develop an Order management system when he was in XXX. His biggest challenge there was the warehouse system since it has a lot of data needed to cater as they store all the material and things in their warehouse.
