1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   For the last 20 years, her main focus in with the IT industry and mostly in ERP for XXX  and good in project management, process improvements, and change management as well. She learned it when she was working in manufacturing company for US, Asia, and Europe. She started there as a customer service associate but when they start a team and plan for an implementation of XXX  in APAC, she was chosen as the core member since she was familiar with the process in Asia and found her attitude as a fast learner as well. She’s also a person who thinks difficulties as a challenge. She started with the implementation in the APAC and does the technical upgrades there.XXX  is also the core system that they are using but they also use WMS and BI tools, but later on they have the EDI and other related interfaces.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
   She has a good communication skill and willing to work with the other people with different cultures. She loves to communicate with her team, and she even use google translate to communicate with the other people. She has always an attitude to learn and willingness to know different things in the industry and she also have an experience in the supply chain management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has more than 10 years of experience in EDI and at first it was very preventive and basic and start a website for their customers in Australia and which they would like to have a regular order from the hospital which requires a lot of detail and integrity which is important because they are providing medical devices so there’s a lot of special requirements. They also must meet the data in their system so that they will load those data in the system and print those documents and send to them and for the warehouse payments as well. She rates her skills in EDI 3.5 out of 5 and she also has an experience in project management for 20 years and rate her skills for that 4.5 out of 5.
