Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers?
She is currently the IT Senior manager, sometimes as IT project manager and set aside the business systems for SG. Responsible for new product every month, if the system can handle all the new product features, some new things to develop for the system, analyse the requests and to develop every month’s release to new product regular requests, have the tester, finish testing and also need to handle every month for launch of the new system for SG.

What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
She is strongest in Project Management and have the background on Java framework, JavaScript, MySQL, Oracle database and certification from MS and with technology background as she has been a Manager many times, responsible for analysing, developing solutions on how to implement user requests. In her previous jobs as head, have the back-end management platform created by herself from the interface. She has more than 10 yaers of experience using MySQL (strong in SQL statement skills) needed to write the statement by herself, SQL server certificate. She also has experience in Java since 2011. A project she has done in Java was in her previous company did the project, did the same features and platform like tiktok using Java.

Do you have management experience?
She has around 15 to 20 years of experience in management. Manage the entire SDLC and product models development, drive continuous improvement. Have rich experience in guiding and mentoring team members, experience of web and mobile applications development and implementation, and skills in building and leading team. In her previous job, she led the team and they created an online system, it was a hardware manufacturing tool, innovated by Java, using java systems, to launch the project and have more than 100K customers.
