Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers?
He is currently responsible for the technical and digital transformation in mainly US, Japan and HK, responsible for those that want IT strategy, project team for Agile transformation from Waterfall, Cloud technology implementation, as well as data analytics to build into their business model to support in their apps, and websites. They have a team in India and China, offshore development and have the BA and Architect for the design. Previously most of his experience was the head of IT to look after the infrastructure, data centre, ERP, development and vendor for solution development and the risk management platform.

What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
He is strongest in Project Management, low latency and mobile app development using NodeJS and Java. He has managed the Java development, 10 years ago he was a hands-on programmer but recently more on the management side. Would rate himself 4.5 out of 5 in Java. He has done a mobile app development using Java for the travel agency company in China, Agile team for the client, in terms of the front-end is the NodeJS and back-end is the Java.

He has around 15 to 20 years of management experience. The most recent was in his previous job, He handled the 30M HKD for the annual budget just for the operation department. He has also experience in projects in DevOps and the network monitoring.
