For his soft skills is how to communicate between stakeholders in XXXX, XXXX system always in daily meetings, weekly meetings, need to do the mitigation plan, some solution and quite detailed about the orange work, in details with the team and work closely with the developers, trying to understand the work cost, some of them new technologies but will still try to figure a way to understand that.
