He is strongest in communication and stakeholder management. Usually using Waterfall, Agile or hybrid approach. He has some experience in ERP and CRM and the project he has done with SDLC is basically in HK limited where he needed to work in business analysis with the HK team and the QA team in UK and have to help the company build and enhance client portals and applications, to help the clients with the data and used Agile to manage the project and everyday have the meetings or updates. He has also work with the teams to fix the backlog, which functions are going to do and also the resources and the kind of thing if feedback is positive, do the demonstration to the business and do the production and follow the release management approach to release and build the applications.
