Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers?
He is currently working at an NGO, with 1.5k staff, 55 different centres, mainly in charge of planning, budgeting for 2 years. Previously he worked in commercial industry in eCommerce, to help the vendor to set-up the team before he tries to develop a centre, over 200 engineers and provide some software development services for a lot of HK services

What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
He is strongest in vendor management and project management, how to run the project, do digital transformation. He had run a transformation project in his company, very traditional method, and submit to the headquarter, use the power platform to automate.

Do you have ecommerce experience?
He has 10 years of experience in ecommerce. Put products online and can do 700 volume of sales and he believed it will be a trend so he took up a master’s degree and then he worked at an auto ticketing system, with 500K members and sells a lot of products online. A project he has done, is for the movie ticket to redeem the coupons. He had to build an eCommerce team for the online shopping platform which is XXXX and after a short period of time, needed to rebrand this branding, redo the platform and even though they have a lot of partners, they think group buy is just a coupon, he also needed to take care of the back-end platform development
