  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?

He is a positive minded and has extensive experience in customer service and people management and helpdesk support and has 12 years of experience with MNC companies and has been in management role for 6-7 years already and he has handled many teams in IT operations and manages team in the region more specifically in APAC region and in the US offices as well and he has been taking more responsibility. He is also directly reporting in the US managers as well and is catching up with IT people in their US office.

  1. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?

He has a strong experience in IT service management and supporting the organization in IT services like the shareholder engagement. He also has experience in using various helpdesk tools such as Zendesk and ServiceNow and has a good amount of exposure of using the applications and could easily transition from one app to another.

  1. His daily responsibility is to manage the 18 members on tier 1 and tier 2 support, and they have 20 offices globally and part of his responsibility is to take over them and manage the IT support team. He has also helped in setting up their office in India and in Munich and they would be adding additional 8 people and would start another office in Shanghai, and they are currently working on their budget this team and does the IT support coverage. He also works with different stakeholders and different head of regions to understand their business requirement and takes care of the service desk and helpdesk and of the system engineering team who takes care of the Azure.
  2. He is also an ITIL certified and has a certification in IT Service Management, and he is also certified in Azure Fundamentals. He has helped and worked with various clients and worked with different vendors in setting up an office for the Service Centre where people could file a ticket for any issues and any troubleshooting needs.
As the current Helpdesk Manager, he is in charge of implementing Service Desk protocols and policies that every agent has to follow to make sure and enable continuous improvement
