1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Recently working as a Senior IT Support Specialist where the company is using Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, O365, and other cloud technologies. During his time with the TGI, he was not engaged with projects because he worked there for months only. However, in his previous job he was engaged with projects such as the migration of physical Sophos to MS Teams Sophos.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is strongest in user communication and rates himself 4 out of 5 because aside from providing support and troubleshooting he helps train the users and provides techniques to keep the client following the business expansion. He has experience in O365 for licensing, creating email addresses on Exchange 365, and the Dynamic user creation and management of O365 CRM, as well as involved in the MS Teams migration to the cloud, Sharepoint, and Defender 365 to all the devices and end-users accounts.
He has a little management experience with the Azure backup however he has hands-on experience with Win and Symantec back and recovery tools. He is more experience with Hyper-V compared to Veeam and VMware. He has solid experience in SCCM with his previous company where he was involved in change management and deciding which security patches to be deployed to the computers.
