He currently works in a consulting manager and works for a consulting company, and he is in his job for over a month. He is also working as a service management manager for X, and he has been working there for 6 months and have done account stabilization of key accounts, he has been worked in many different roles in IT and he has helped built up their business and worked with HP for 8 years and served in 5 different roles including Project Manager.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is very strong in product management and doing project recovery and account recovery and implement strategies to redeem the account. He is also a good and skilled product manager, and he has been in sales and solutions in architecture side and business and development skills, he can work on many different jobs.
- He joined the company 20 years and worked in system support they had an operation in HK and in Mainland China and he is assigned in HK to protect their database which is Oracle and SAP, and he also has retail experience. His more recent experience is X which is a leader in steel melding in Asia he had worked as a manager from 2005-2007 and he helped established a new site and set up an operation team using Oracle and Oracle DB and SAP, and he managed a team of 30 people.
4. When he was with the two manufacturing companies, he provided both front-end and back-end support and he did handle a team in terms of service desk in all his clients they provide service desk support. He has strong experience in providing support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service desk support and had an experience in help desk support. |
