1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently the Senior Manager of Digital Transformation at XXXX. After graduating he was basically working for logistics companies, the first one was the Transport Company for Air and Sea Logistics in Germany, he was implementing a software Transport Management System for about two years, and after that was working in about three start-ups in Berlin and Germany where he focuses on basically more on operational side which are online platforms like Ebay marketplaces where they focus on everything that happens after the payment, such as shipping, transportation, invoicing, etc. He was mostly focusing on scaling, projects where he tries to improve things or scale them or automate them. When he went to Hong Kong he begun working for the same transportation company that he was working for in Germany which is XXXX logistics company and started as a training manager implementing a software in Asia Pacific in about ten countries and mostly in India and China in about maybe 20 branches. He was leading about 40 people. In the beginning of 2022 when he decided to work a bit more digital and in a smaller company, and the aim in XXXX was to implement an ERP system that was in Microsoft Dynamics for operations and finance and in addition to that, he was also working with the laboratory on also scaling projects.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is good at communication and handling people. He also has experience with the ERP system in Microsoft Dynamics. His main responsibility for networks was to run their digitalization journey because they had a few issues on where data is stored so their biggest challenge was that a lot of data was stored in Google and it was stored in different spreadsheets and then even have a few different systems, such as a system for accounting, warehousing, and for procurement. So he implemented D365 in order to get rid of these systems and to basically standardize everything with the same master data, but also in the same database so that all departments can work consistently together and will also improve the reporting, transparency and all processes will be more standardized
