1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   With more than 10 years working experience as a project manager. In her previous job, she started as a So important management, the first job related to project management is when she was in XXX healthcare from 2012 and was 50% related to sales and she also the who took care of the Salesforce preparation because the master data information needs to be consolidated for Hong Kong and Taiwan businesses. She also worked in XXX which is one of the biggest GI brokers in HK. After that, she decided to change her path from operations to project manager side and completed a few projects in Marsh as an all around PM. She also get an opportunity working in different roles in a different companies as well like XXX and XXX etc. She is now working at XXX as a Senior manager and focusing on 3 projects. One is the internal audio related, XXX transformation project, and the last one is related to rebranding.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements? 
   She is good when it comes to analytical skills because she can use the data or historical information from the system or perhaps people to do some analysis because it will help her to make some quick decisions. She also has a good communication skill and think that is the most important thing for project managers. She has more than 10 years of project management experience and with experience in Visio as well.
