His background would be more in the CRM, he started his work in UK as a Senior Customer Success Analyst with XXXX. He was mainly responsible for interacting with their customers and how their systems interacted with each other. After that, he joined XXXX as an Application Analyst Consultant where he customized data flows and managed key targets. Then after that, they opened their office in Hong Kong for the same company where he was the OEM Integration Team Analyst Lead, he was mostly involved here with heavy project management. Current role is with XXXX as a Senior Marketing and Communications Lead.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his communication skills and how to cater clients/customers that is based in different time zones. He also has to excel in having understanding between the clients and customers.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has customer success manager/project manager experience especially during the time that they opened their HK office for XXXX. Has great technical background and product management skills. Have done some work with AWS but is more predominantly focused with Microsoft Azure. He is also a SaaS Solutions Systems and can say that he is very strong with this; has done this throughout Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan.
