He works a Project Manager and works different domains like product document and worked different management and works on improving the end-user performance and often they do a lot of research and work with merchants to help improve their product, they also offer hardware and POS payment terminal and new technology called Soft Force where the users could download the application from Google Play Store.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
On the skills side he is a scrum master and, he can produce PRD with the assistance of a logical tool program, he was also a UX designer and uses some sketches applications and communicates with the clients to gather their ideas and he can speak fair amount of technical language and could communicate easily with developers and Engineers, and he could also do coding with JavaScript and TypeScript and helps the development team. He has also experience with UX and UI design and has created various UI flow for projects that he worked on; he also has domain specific knowledge.
- For the POS project and his experience and it started from a business terminal and gathered corporate accounts and their business owner he wanted to help the small and medium business in HK and as the Project Manager they came up with an idea to develop with an Application without using any specific hardware and he started gathering data from the business owner on how they can position their product on the market, they also needed to communicate with banks to get their opinion. They also did some competitor research and technical research to make sure that they know the market they are entering and to come up with better ideas. He also needed to communicate with the marketing department to work with them on how they can sell their product and he also talks with the business team because they need to come up with the pricing model and he needs to make some analytics and data gathering so they know how much their product would cost when they launch it.
- They also created an online payment gateway application, and he also created a business solution on how to better sell their product and work with different banks and built many types of payment terminals and created a payment software and they also drew the maintained and surface support.
5. He also worked for another Fintech company with BBPOS where they built a terminal and developed some payment acceptance software. |
