He has been living in HK for about 6 years now and has an IT Solution Delivery Project Management for around 15 years now. He started off his career as a consultant at XXXX. He has a pretty diverse range of industry experience such as trading and logistics, luxury retails, industrial energy, and some state government back in Australia. Currently working as a Senior Project Manager at XXXX where he functions as the head of PMO overseeing all delivery initiatives for a large number of team. Considers himself an all-rounder since the has worked on different constructs already.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be between business and technology. He has done lots of business-oriented projects but has also done some very heavy technical projects. Rates himself a 4/5 in both business engagement and technology because even though he doesn’t do coding and data models, he can still talk technical.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has about 10 years of experience in IT Leadership and overall, of 15 years’ experience in the IT Industry. Has extensive service delivery experience especially in his current role. Strong with e-commerce industry and as well since he has worked on lots of retails before for his previous companies. Has knowledge with programming and coding but doesn’t really do hands-on coding. Strong with Agile Development Methodology and has experienced managing large-scale projects.
