1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She started off her career in XXXX as an International Trade Compliance Consultant. Then joined XXXX as a Management Consultant where she’s involved with helping clients cut their costs. Then transferred to XXXX as a Management Consultant as well. After that, she joined XXXX as a Project Manager where she helped clients in automating their robotics. She wanted to have some stability so she joined XXXX as a UX Expert as well as Project Manager. She was more on the operations side for this company and was later on asked to join the IT Team where she picked up few big projects. Then last role was with XXXX as a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Manager where they had big clients to worked with. She’s also involved here in helping the organization to digitize everything on their side.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her communication skills. She believes she can communicate IT or technical stuff to people or clients that are non-technical. She also can pick up and learn things really fast.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 10+ years of experience in the IT Industry and 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. She also has experience working with .NET frameworks before in her previous company. Proficient with Agile Development Methodology and has lots of experience handling and managing large scale projects.
