Has about 18 years of experience in the IT Industry and has worked with lots companies already. Started off her career in development and testing and slowly moved up to management roles. She has specialized mostly in data warehousing technologies. Her last role was with XXXX as an Application Development Senior Manager where she leads about four projects and handles about 120 people, making sure that the delivery is fine and that the stakeholders are happy with their work. She has experience in manufacturing, automotive, insurance, and financial services.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be data warehousing, with respect to technology. Then when it comes to project management, she’s good with people and process management. She can say she’s very organized and can manage complex projects. Rates herself a 4.5 out of 5 since it’s been her bread and butter for the last few years.
