He has a family and has 2 daughters, and her daughters is living in China, but he is in Hong Kong, and he has 20 years of experience in IT and 10 years in Project Management and 2 years in Junior Supervision experience. When he started working as a Project Manager, he was responsible to work and focus on the projects and their office and IT team is in China and they are manufacturing company that is in China, but the main office is in Hong Kong. He then worked with the IT Director to coordinate the needs and design of the project and he must assist the project side to build a fibre infrastructure and server room on the new building on the other side, he has also managed a team in Shenzhen the team is focused on Operation System they also deliver service for the operations in China.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is very strong with communicating with clients and with his experience in working with a lot of projects he has a lot of experience with communicating with different types of people which he thinks is very important in dealing with their projects.
- He has a strong experience in providing +Level 2 support when he worked as a team leader, they have a helpdesk system where they receive cases, and they help escalate the problem as soon as possible. He also provides service support and system requirements training.
- He has an experience in SDLC when he was working with his company, and he was involved in the designing, coding, implementation, and product roll-out he also provides ideas to make sure that the expectations are being met and the product would be presentable before it's roll-out.
5. He has a strong Retail and POS experience as he has worked with may retail brands during his career and most of the project he managed are focused on Retail and Product R&D. He has also provided Mobile POS solutions in one of his projects that he led before. He also has a PMI-PMP certification. |
