1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Recently finished his contract with XXXX as a Senior Project Manager. His first job was with XXXX as a Business Analyst where he did the journeys for the cheque deposits. Then after that, he moved to Hong Kong and joined XXXX as a Senior Business Analyst & Scrum Master where he gathered requirements and do user stories, UX wireframes, and getting all of these into production. Later on, he joined XXXX as a Lead Digital Analyst where he was responsible for the SG and HK Insurance products. He also was involved with the UX/UI design. Then the last role was with XXXX as a Senior Project Manager where he led two big projects; the XXXX and a new sales channel for the agency force in XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his stakeholder management skills. He’s good with getting to know people and has great skills in selling them more business. That makes him good with project management as well, he is great with understanding what people/client/stakeholders need.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has over a year of previous project management and has total of 5 years’ experience. Has product management skills and has dealt with lots of technical stuff especially in XXXX. Familiar with cloud infrastructure but hasn’t touched AWS yet. Also has experience deploying SaaS for previous clients.
