1. He has 5 years of experience in the IT industry, mainly in IT support. He was last employed by XXX. Where he handled the network security, fiber security, and servers, as well as dealing with the third party vendors. He has the necessary skills to plan, implement, and oversee the computer networks that support in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services. He also did the installation of CCTV cameras.
2. He is an expert in network security, troubleshooting both hardware and software, Windows servers, and firewalls.
3. In his previous job at XXX, he was an EDP . He is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the mainframe computer system. This can include printers, tape drives, and peripheral equipment. I'm installing some database management and also on-call support for the clients.
