    He is currently working as a senior system administrator and works in a known printing solutions company but he also said that they are in touch with the windows server as well when they are tries to install or troubleshoot the client side. In his previous jobs, He is keen on coordinating with the clients and good on managing the vendors. He is good in planning and good in scheduling the tasks assigned to him. He is strongest in troubleshooting and server support. He has 7 years of experience in troubleshooting. He will do support to locate the issue before escalating, besides the google server they also use Jira as the ticketing system.tly dealing with the L1 support and has a hands-on experience for more than 8 years and involves internal and external clients.
