He is currently working as a Professional Service Assistant Manager for X and he is in charge to formulate solutions and service scope based on the understanding of potential Service Provider / System Integrator requirements. He also provides a review of Service Provider / System Integrator submissions and coordinate Type Approval Test and address any technical or operational issues within the Service Provider system.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Has a strong experience in Office365 account setup and maintenance. He also does the maintenance and monitors the VPN connection between Hong Kong to Munich office when he was still working for ARRI Asia. He also monitors the network and maintenance, and he also does firewall management.
- He also worked for X for 17 years as Senior Supervisor and take accountability, advisory and problem solving on business and professional products (Ink Jet Printer/ Network Camera/Projector) pertain to after-sales related activities. They would travel to Japan to train how to repair their products, he will then invite and train the Canon HK team to demo how to fix Canon products. He also provides technical support to subsidiaries and distributors in product quality issues, technical training, and service information. If for some reason they couldn’t fix a product he would then report to the headquarters of Canon so they could investigate.
- Before working for X, he worked for X, and he was the Senior Service Engineer and IT Support Officer he develops and conduct service training course for dealer’s engineers in the service and maintenance of ARRI products and also provide technical support to subsidiaries, distributors and dealers in the area of product quality issues, technical training and service information.
5.With X, he also evaluates and investigate and service product quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management (QEHS) highlighted by subsidiaries and distributors and coordinate rectification and service of product QEHS and render advice to X on problems and solutions in the field. |
