1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working as a Senior Manager for Network Operation in XXXX. Previously worked at XXXX, that was later on transferred to XXXX, as a Service Delivery Manager where he’s involved with looking over different accounts and has managed around 30 people of different teams. Also has joined XXXX before as a Technology Team Lead where he helped them in their BAU servers and has led about 5 people. Before that, was a Senior System Administrator with XXXX  where he was a support for backup storage and supported Unix daily operations. During the early years of his career, he was mostly doing the technical side and support roles.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be on the infrastructure side and deeply technical side of Unix. He’s also good with service management for five years and has learned how to manage and communicate with customer, as well as deliver quality service to them. He can also say he’s a certified manager that can take care of all aspects or rounded platform with Windows, Linux, storage, and backup. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in working with infrastructure.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has about 10+ years of previous experience as a Project/Program Management. Strong with Service Delivery since he has been doing this for a while now. Has experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and has experience doing this with some of their customers/clients. Has great experience in cloud services. Knowledgeable with Agile Development methodology. Has touched web development but that was a long time ago already, he would be willing to learn and pick up any new technologies that the company might require. Experienced in managing large scale projects and has excellent communication skill to handle both clients and internal teams.
