He is currently looking for something because he thinks his current doesn't him. Currently works as Service Delivery Manager he helps in coordinating with users, project technical resources, third party providers, and other stakeholders in supporting the planning, implementation and move to production of workplace related projects. Has 20 years of IT experience and started working as an Engineer and worked his way up to his current job today. He handles 30-40 people in the APAC Region. With AXA his role as SDM is quite different from other companies that's why he is looking for a new job that fits more.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a strong network and software system management experience. He is also ITIL certified and has been creating ITIL certified systems. He is also very knowledgeable in using MS SQL, MS Access (w/ VB), MySQL (w/ Apache, PHP & Linux). As well as Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec Antivirus, Symantec Enterprise Vault, AVG, McAfee, Norton, MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Windows Movie Maker, Macromedia Flash, Lightwave 8,, DiskSafe, VMware Server, VMware ESX Server.
- In his current job he controls the ownership of service quality complaints and collaborate with incident management teams for coordinating resolver teams, providing effective communication to stakeholders and drive post incident review. He also coordinates with users, project technical resources, third party providers, and other stakeholders in supporting the planning, implementation and move to production of workplace related projects.
4. He also helps creates recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion. Ans also, works with internal and third-party teams to ensure actions are taken and completed to protect and improve services and monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
