Profiling is something related to building relationship with salesforce and registered partner, the team size and certifications needs to be put in place. Her job is to set up a lot of communication with salesforce with the regional teams, sales team, technical, and directors in setting up a salesforce practice. During her times in Capella, she earned 3 certifications which is required for the marketing cloud. After that, she moved in Hong Kong and worked in XXX Digital.
