1. As a technical support engineer, he provides his team and provide support for customers mainly across XXX. He does troubleshooting and escalation points for complex issues for partners and customers. Provide them with a solution; communicate via email, phone, or remote session. and also provide technical training to junior engineers, so newcomers, new juniors, etc.
2. He is an expert in technical support, networking, troubleshooting, etc.

He monitors the BGP link and the backhaul links of DB and backhaul links towards other countries. So when it's over utilized, he will reroute the traffic to a different route using a BGPS.
